My Android Auto has now not worked for 3 weeks now and before it worked fine. Am i the only and is there any tricks to fix this? Almost everyone who was a Samsung that upgraded to it has same issue. The absolute auto developers are looking into it, but it seems more likely it is an issue with the Samsung bloat. I suspect Bixby interferes with Google Assistant. Same problem too worked with a S7 in a Corsa with factory fitted head unit via USB cable, upgraded to a S10e and works on phone screen only. Tried clearing cache, new cable etc. Also AA has disappeared but it's still in app drawer only got options to force stop or disable.
Hi guys, So I have tried the 4 different cables, factory reset and does not work any ideas for samsung galaxy note 10 plus 5g. Are you on Android 10 by chance? If yes, search for "android auto for phone" and install it side by side to the latest Android Auto. Not sure if this is the solution.. Dude just download the dam APK from a mirror site, common man your should know all this.. Then ignore.. I started with asking.. Merry Xmas, happy new year, and all I can think of is maybe you need to clear cache and data, hoping it will start working.. Trying to eliminate car side, or cable issues..
So I got my new S10plus. Went to my car and my Android auto will not work. Keeps telling me to put my car in park. Mind you this is my third phone on this same car with same headunit pioneer nex the past 2 have worked fine. Go to Solution. Turn off the ignition. While waiting for step 2 to complete, uninstall Android Auto app on the customer's phone. Enter the vehicle and turn the ignition on.
