ET: Richard Sherman gave his best version of an apology, when he said "my bad" in reference to the Baker Mayfield handshake controversy. Baker Mayfield continued to make noise off the field on Monday, after Richard Sherman criticized him for reportedly not shaking his hand ahead of the Browns' Monday night matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. On the nationally televised stage of Monday Night Football, San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa is doing a pretty good job of making a name for himself. Bosa, who recovered a fumble after first falling on the ground earlier in the game , appeared to mock Baker Mayfield after getting the best of the Cleveland Browns quarterback as the first half drew to a close. On first down, Bosa eluded a double team and made his way to Mayfield's blind slide, where he managed to wrangle the quarterback to the ground. Mayfield forced a pass as he fell, and was hit with an intentional grounding penalty. After the play, Bosa waved, and then pretended to dramatically plant an imaginary flag on the turf. It wasn't difficult to figure out the provenance of Bosa's celebration. Back in , when Bosa played for Ohio State and Mayfield played for Oklahoma, Mayfield famously planted an Oklahoma flag in the middle of the Ohio State field after the Sooners' win. Check out Mayfield's own flag plant in the video below.
